By bringing the promise of “responsible retail” into full focus, we were able to elevate their true business purpose and use it to realign marketing priorities. A refreshed brand position that highlighted the company’s ethical and sustainable practices gave way to creative concepts and purposeful partnerships. These ranged from ongoing collaborations with Aid to Artisans, to co-creating eco-friendly furniture with the Pratt Institute and promoting handmade products by Etsy artists.
